The Corner House Day Nursery Bournemouth is OFSTED registered and part of Cygnets Day Nurseries Ltd. The day nursery is situated in a large beautiful Edwardian house, near to Bournemouth town centre. The Corner House has been established since 1997 and has been part of Cygnets Day Nurseries since 2005. It is designed and maintained to the highest standards for children, aged from birth to 5 years. There are six rooms. The two baby rooms are on the upper floor, with a separate cot room and milk kitchen. The toddlers and pre-school rooms are on the ground floor. All rooms are stimulating, well-lit, with a cosy, home-from-home feel about them.
We have a purpose designed baby unit with a separate sleep room and outdoor play area and garden. The rooms are stimulating, well lit and warm with a home from home feel about them.
We have a wonderful large secure and safe enclosed outdoor space for the children to play in. The babies have their own secure area. Both spaces have purpose-built activity equipment where the children have ample opportunity to play, explore, learn, and most importantly, have lots of fun.
Safety and Security
The safety of the children is our number one priority. The grounds are secure, and we have CCTV around the building and in some of the rooms. We have a secure camera entry system and there is also a large car park to allow safe drop-off and collection of your children.
Opening Times
We are open 51 weeks per year. Our core hours are 8am-6pm full days, 8am-1pm morning sessions, and 1pm-6pm afternoon sessions. We also have a breakfast session from 7:30am subject to an additional cost – please fees section for more details.
