For some of our preschool children this will be the last month they spend at the nursery, and over the coming two months our school leavers will be preparing to make the transition to school. We will be showing the children what their new schools look like and talking to them about what they need to be able to do independently at school and looking at the different school uniforms.
For others it is time to transition into the next age group and we will be introducing them to their new room and introducing them to their new key workers.
To commemorate the first moon landing in July 1969 the children will be talking about the moon and seeing if they can see it in the sky. The children will also be learning about the planets in our solar system and making their own rockets.
